Privacy Policy

Effective October 23, 2026

This policy explains what Wikivec Inc. (“we”) collects when you use Garden Planner Online, and why. The short version: without an account your garden stays in your browser and we hold nothing that identifies you. With an account we keep your email, your gardens and, if you buy Pro, your subscription.

Your garden

Without an account, your garden (its beds, crops, ZIP code and dates) is saved in your browser's storage on your device. It stays until you delete it or your browser clears the site's data; Safari does that after a week without a visit. Looking up a ZIP code downloads a file of public weather-station data from our site; the ZIP code isn't sent anywhere else.

What we do collect

Garden Planner Online shows no ads.

Accounts and Pro

An account holds your email address (or your Google account's email and name) and your sign-in records. Gardens you plan while signed in are stored in our database, linked to your account: their names, beds, crops, ZIP code, the weather station and frost dates, and the jobs you've ticked off. Payments are handled by Stripe; we see your subscription's status and plan, never your full card number.

If you switch on the weekly reminder (Pro), we email you the week's garden jobs every Monday. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Who processes data for us

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, and to object to or restrict its use. With an account you can do most of this yourself: edit or delete your gardens, or delete the account. Write to us for anything else.

Children

Garden Planner Online is a general-audience site and isn't directed at children under 13. Accounts are for people 13 and older.
