These terms apply to your use of Garden Planner Online, run by Wikivec Inc.. By using the site you agree to them.

The planner

Garden Planner Online works out planting dates from 30-year averages of frost dates at a nearby weather station (NOAA's 1991–2020 normals) and from general planting rules for each crop. Weather in any one year differs from the average, and so can your garden from the station. The dates are guidance, not a forecast: watch your local weather, and protect tender plants when frost threatens.

Pro: free trial, billing, renewal and cancellation

Pro costs $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year (plus any tax), and needs an account. You must be 13 or older to buy it. Your first Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial, once per account; if you don't cancel before the trial ends, your first payment is taken then. Pro is billed by Wikivec Inc. through Stripe and renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account (Manage billing); Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. If you're not happy, email support@wikivec.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it. This doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice.

If Pro ends, your gardens stay in your account: your first garden stays editable within the free plan's limits, and the rest stay there to open, print and delete. Deleting your account deletes them for good.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from using it, including crops lost to weather.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. See also the privacy policy.
